This image was my first attempt at a higher level of realism using the windows version of Imagine.
I had recently received version 1.0 of Imagine for Windows (after having used Imagine from versions 1.0 - 4.0 on the Amiga for years). I was very familiar with the interface for the Amiga version of Imagine, but the Windows version was substantially different.
I decided that, as a project to familiarize myself with the new interface, I would set out to make an image that was highly detailed and very realistic (if you look closely at the handle on the faucet, you will see how detailed the bathroom is -- you can see the reflection of the empty doorway -- I built the whole room). This was very exciting to me, as the Amiga that I had been using simply was not up to the job and I had just purchased a new PC. As I often do, I used common objects found around me as inspiration. In fact, I created so many objects for this scene that not all of them could be included.
