Jeremy William Holzhausen - Age 28, of Corunna, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2004 after a long battle with Friedreich's ataxia. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 7, 2004, from Mowen Funeral Home - William A. Scarlett Memorial Chapel, 409 W. Main Street, Owosso with Pastor Rick Brown, Vernon United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday. |

Jeremy was born June 22, 1975, in Owosso, the son of John William and Susan Marie (Cooper) Holzhausen. Jeremy was a strong, determined, admirable young man who was caring, creative and funny. He loved to tease, play practical jokes, and laugh. He loved Ariel, reading, cruising in the red truck, writing stories, his computer, working out, movies and shopping. |

Jeremy attended Corunna High School, graduating with honors with the Class of 1995. |

Survivors include: grandmother, Irene Holzhausen; mother, Susan Salisbury; sister and brother-in-law, Alicia and Russ Mars; brother, Michael Salisbury; nephews, Nicholas and Christopher Mars; best friend, Bill Staley; friend, Linda Johnson; several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. |

Jeremy,
I will treasure the times we spent together.....I am so lucky to have been able to have you as my brother. Your life taught me not take such simple things for granted. Your life was a blessing to all who met you. I will never ever forget such a special, wonderful, amazing, and FUNNY brother I had. You were such a trooper you lived your life to the fullest you possibly could. I love you for that. I love you for all the things you taught me. I love you for being in my life. I love you and I miss you and will always miss you.
