ii. This Contract is for a period of Two Years from June 1, 1999 and will be renewed at will of Mistress Infinity for the rest of the life of Jessica. The terms and conditions of the renewed Contact may differ in detail from those set out herein, in whatever detail Mistress Infinity requires.

iii. This Contract will include a Two Month Live-in situation at Mistress's Infinity's Mother House, during which period Jessica will be employed as a maid. The timing of this will be mutually agreed between Mistress Infinity and Jessica, but will take place as soon as practical.

iv. The renewed Contract shall be for the position of Full-time, Live-in maid at Mistress Infinity's Mother House.

v. Mistress Infinity undertakes to house, feed, and generally take care of Jessica in mind and body. In return Jessica undertakes to serve Mistress Infinity in any way Mistress Infinity so desires.

vi. The general terms, conditions and a statement of intent are set out in the attached Appendices.

(f) "Since i hereby renounce any rights to a personal opinion, desire, or need of my own, this agreement can never be broken by me for any reason because I desire a lifetime commitment. my obligation to the Mistress is to be whatever She wants me to be.

(g) "i acknowledge i am a maid and i live to Worship and Obey You as my Mistress."

(a) Part of maid jessica's training is having clear-cut rules to live by. There are rules that apply to all situations and some that apply only when in the presence of the Mistress or in an environment where the situation is understood and accepted.

(b) The Mistress's time is precious and Her time with the maid jessica may be short. In no case does this fact detract from the standards of excellence expected from the maid. Training may be harsh. This is the fastest way to train and also the method that produces the most effective results. The maid jessica will enthusiastically accept training.

(c) The Mistress will acknowledge when a task is performed properly and the maid jessica will sincerely thank the Mistress for the training. The Mistress will take as long as necessary to train the maid jessica as long as the maid jessica is genuinely trying and not malingering. Once a maid jessica has been trained, if it fails in a task, the Mistress will assume that it is being disobedient and it will be punished.

(d) The maid jessica's body becomes the Mistress's property; as such, the maid jessica has no right to protest any use the Mistress chooses to make of it.

(e) Rather, it is an honour if the MIstress deigns to touch Her property in any fashion She desires.

(f) It is the maid jessica's duty to obey any and all commands given by the Mistress, and to do this without question or hesitation.

(g) The maid jessica shall speak only when the Mistress gives permission. The maid jessica will request permission to speak prior to asking any questions it may have regarding the Mistress's commands or specifications of the maid jessica's assigned duties.

(h) In all his personal activities, the maid jessica surrenders all decisions to the Mistress.

(i) A series of positions will be learned by the maid regarding standing, sitting, using the toilet, presenting his body for inspection, etc., and will be practised according to the training provided by the Mistress.

(j) The Mistress may choose to ignore the maid jessica for periods of time. The maid jessica will remain silent for whatever length of time the Mistress requires.

(k) The maid jessica agrees to adhere with all his life to the rules or regulations the Mistress may add at a future time. The maid jessica understands that the Mistress is the sole judge in determining whether an infraction of this contract has occurred. The Mistress is also the sole judge in determining the degree of punishment. Punishment may include dismissal from service for very serious matters.

Orders

1. The maid jessica will always show his Mistress the highest level of respect.

2. The maid jessica will never lie to his MIstress.

3. The maid jessica will never piss standing up. The maid jessica is subservient to his Mistress and should not be so presumptuous as to imitate a man. Men piss standing up maid's do not. The maid jessica will always sit on a toilet or squat down to piss. This will help serve as a reminder of who and what he is. The maid jessica will not use the seat of a toilet. The maid jessica will sit on the cold porcelain when he shits or pisses. The Mistress uses the seat and the maid jessica's ass is not worthy of touching what She has used. The maid jessica's toilet training begins with always obtaining permission to use the bathroom -- and is seldom allowed to use it alone

4. The maid jessica shall address the Mistress as "Ma'am" or "Mistress" at all times unless given permission to do otherwise, and shall address the Mistress with respect at all times. When using formal address, the maid jessica will refer to the Mistress as "the Mistress" or "She", and to itself as "the maid" or "it". When using familiar address, the maid jessica will refer to the Mistress as "Ma'am" or "You", and to itself as "i" or "me". When speaking to others, the maid jessica will refer to the Mistress as "my Mistress" , and to itself as "i" and "me".

5. The maid jessica shall, at all times, respectfully request permission to take any action not expressly directed by the Mistress. A reason must be given for such actions at the time of the request.

6. The maid jessica is to use the Mistress's space with utmost respect and shall always leave any area he is permitted to use in a state of order and cleanliness. Not withstanding, the maid jessica shall not disturb any of Mistress's personal belongings without express permission.

7. The maid jessica will always wear female underwear, except as the Mistress directs. It is an article of necessary clothing. If the maid jessica works on the outside and must wear something, it will be women's underwear and/or dress.

8. The maid jessica will never touch its cock, balls, asshole, or tits without the Mistress's permission. They are for Her enjoyment only, not the maid's.

9. The maid jessica will have no privacy from his Mistress. There is nothing that the maid jessica will not reveal to Her. The maid jessica is the Mistress's property and, as such, She has the right to know everything.

10. The maid jessica will sleep at the foot of the Mistress's bed or in a place as the Mistress requires. The maid jessica will only sleep in the Mistress's bed when ordered to do so.

11. At home, the maid jessica will not sit on any furniture unless instructed to do so. The maid jessica will kneel, lay, or sit on the floor as ordered.

12. The Mistress will train the maid jessica and the maid jessica will always do his best to follow instructions. The maid jessica will learn how to serve his Mistress's every need and desire.

13. The maid jessica will never embarrass his Mistress for fear of being punished.

14. The maid jessica will always strive to extend his limits to new heights so the Mistress can be increasingly proud of Her property.

15. The maid jessica will willingly accept punishment from the Mistress. It is meant to remind the maid jessica of how he is to behave and perform his duties to Her.

16. The maid jessica will offer his body and mind to the Mistress at any time She desires to use it. The purpose of how She uses the maid is immaterial; it is sufficient that She wants to use it.

17. The Mistress will at times enjoy Herself in ways that may cause the maid jessica some pain. The maid jessica will learn to accept and rejoice in the fact that it is able to perform that service for Her.

18. The maid jessica will always wear what the Mistress determines to be the appropriate attire for any given situation. This may be as little as a briefs/panties and slave collar, even in public. The fact that this may cause the maid jessica embarrassment is of no concern. When in the Mistress's home or when the Mistress is present in other places, the maid jessica may be required to be naked or dressed as a woman at all times.

19. The maid jessica will be shaved all over, except the head (this may change in any renewed Contract).will keep himself shaved of hair, as ordered or as removed by the Mistress. When clothing is required, as determined by the Mistress, it will be specified by the Mistress.

20. All orders are subject to verbal modification at the pleasure of the Mistress and the Mistress may impose such additional orders as She deems appropriate.

21. The maid jessica shall keep its mind concentrated solely upon service to the Mistress and shall demonstrate its acceptance of his role of service and availability at all times.

22. Whenever the Mistress or the maid jessica enters a room in which the other is present or they both enter were there are other's already present, the maid jessica will immediately kneel and kiss the Mistress's feet, unless physically unable to or under previous orders not to, after kissing the Mistress's feet, If the Mistress's clit is free, the maid jessica will take it into its mouth and keep it there until the Mistress orders otherwise.

23. The Mistress may give the maid jessica "free periods" in Her presence, during which the maid jessica may express himself openly and freely. There will be no punishment applied during "free periods." It is understood, however, that the maid jessica must still address the Mistress with respect at all times, and that the maid jessica may be punished for infractions of this rule.

24. The maid jessica during the first term of the Contract shall submit to being tattooed on any body part (except face or head) and in any way the Mistress so desires to indicate that it is the property of the Mistress.

25. The maid jessica may at any time be required by the Mistress to undertake a full feminisation programme, including a full programme of female hormone treatment.

26. The maid jessica during the second term (or first term with the maid jessica's approval) of the Contract may be required by the Mistress to undergo Breast Implant Surgery to enlarge its breast to size "D" or larger as determined by the Mistress.

27. After a minimum of two years service or sooner if the maid jessica agrees, the Mistress may require the maid to undergo full "Gender Reassignment Surgery". If the Mistress so decides, with the consent or other wise of the maid jessica, then one year prior to the surgery, the Mistress shall arrange for the required medical and psychological treatment to take place.

28. If and when the maid jessica through surgery and treatment has the attributes of a woman (recognising that he can never become a woman, having been born a lowly man), the Mistress may decide that the maid jessica should undergo training as a Mistress and then appoint it as a Sub-Mistress to serve as such under the direction of the Mistress.

29. The maid's creed is to be memorised, as it will be called upon to recite it at any time -- and perfectly!

The maid jessica is to be punished for all infractions of both the letter and the spirit of this Contract. The form and extent of punishment shall be at the Mistress's pleasure and shall include at least spanking, slapping, and being used as a toilet and the Mistress shall make it clear to the maid jessica that he is being punished when punishment occurs. The maid jessica shall always thankfully accept punishment as an opportunity to expand in the service of the Mistress.

CONDUCT MODES

The maid jessica shall behave in a manner consistent with the rules set forth in the three conduct modes outlined below. The Mistress may, from time to time, indicate which mode the maid shall act within by stating the name of the mode to the maid jessica; the mode may change at any time, depending on circumstances, and the maid jessica must always be aware and conscious of the Mistress's wishes. The Mistress may institute a set of silent or otherwise unobtrusive signals to notify the maid jessica of the current mode.

Private Mode

In Private Mode, the maid jessica is bound solely by the rules set forth in the basic Contract and no additional restrictions are imposed upon the maid jessica's conduct, save those stated by the Mistress. This mode will normally (though not always) be in effect when the Mistress and the maid jessica are in the Mistress's space or in the space of a knowledgeable and/or sympathetic person or persons.

Friendly Mode

Friendly Mode may be in effect in public places such as leather bars, where the dress, demeanour, and appearance of the Mistress and maid jessica, and the nature of their relationship, will be understood for what they are and viewed sympathetically (or at least not antagonistically) by casual onlookers.

The following specific rules shall apply to the maid jessica's conduct and demeanour while in Friendly Mode.

Stationary Position

The maid jessica shall remain at the Mistress's side at all times unless specifically instructed otherwise. While the Mistress and the maid jessica are standing in one place, the maid jessica shall maintain a physical position to the right of and one- half step behind the Mistress.

Moving Position

If the Mistress begins to move from one place to another, the maid jessica shall position himself to the right of and slightly behind the Mistress and move at the same speed as the Mistress. The maid jessica's position shall be such that he is always within the limit of the Mistress's peripheral vision at all times. Under no circumstances shall the maid jessica precede the Mistress, except to open the door or other such service as the Mistress requires.

Elevation

The maid jessica's eye level shall be below that of the Mistress at all times. Should the Mistress move so that Her eye level is below that of the maid jessica, the maid jessica shall immediately move so as to correct this imbalance. The General Orders are hereby extended to include all furniture, not just that in the Mistress's space: the maid jessica shall therefore go to its knees (or to a lower position, if need be) should the Mistress's eye level drop below the maid jessica's, rather than (for example) sit with the Mistress, unless granted specific permission or specifically ordered to do so.

Interactions With Others

The maid jessica shall speak to no one at any time unless first spoken to or instructed to speak by the Mistress. The maid jessica shall treat all persons with deference and respect, regardless of their demeanour or appearance. The Mistress may, at Her discretion, grant the maid jessica free time. In this mode, the maid jessica is free to interact normally with acquaintances, but shall make frequent eye contact with the Mistress and be prepared to go into any other mode the Mistress directs.

Public Mode

Public Mode will generally apply in contexts where the Mistress/maid jessica relationship may not be accepted or understood by those present. The following rules are, therefore, intended more to ensure the physical safety of the Mistress and maid jessica, rather than to further the relationship between them.

The following specific rules shall apply to the maid's behaviour in Public Mode.

General Demeanour

The maid jessica shall conduct itself at all times in such a manner so as not to call attention to the Mistress and maid jessica.

Certain Orders Suspended

The rules of the General Orders prohibiting the maid jessica's use of furniture and prohibiting the maid jessica from being clothed are suspended while in Public Mode.

Movement and Position

The movement and position rules set forth in friendly mode also apply to Public Mode, with the provision that the maid jessica shall not make his adherence to said rules obvious; casual and relatively loose (but definite!), rather than quick and snappy, conformance to the rules is called for in such situations.

Interactions With Others

The maid jessica shall speak only when spoken to by others and shall converse with others only with the Mistress's permission. If the maid jessica is approached by someone he shall limit his speech and behave in a courteous and non-offensive manner. The maid jessica should assume he is in the company of the straight public and identify himself with his common given name, behaving in a manner that will not call attention to the nature of the true relationship between the Mistress and maid jessica, calling the Mistress by Her formal surname, rather than referring to Her as Mistress.
