#1 Pilot Episode (Oct 3, 2000)
Max escaped as a child from a sinister lab that created newfangled human
prototypes. Living in bohemian squalor in an economically ravaged society. Max
eludes her relentless foe Lydecker by keeping a low profile — until she meets a
crusading cyberjournalist "Eyes Only" who enlists her in the fight
against the powers that be.
#2 Heat (Oct. 10, 2000)
Lydecker closes in after Max is reunited with the woman who saved her
the night she escaped from the Manticore lab. Meanwhile, strange changes in
Max's DNA have her crawling the walls.
#3 Flushed (Oct 17, 2000)
Max goes above the law to secure meds for her worsening seizures and
winds up behind bars — and at the mercy of a warped warden with a link to
Lydecker. But as Logan and Original Cindy race to the rescue, Max finds a
kindred spirit whose abusive past helps her face down a former demon.
#4 C.R.E.A.M. (Oct 31, 2000)
Logan runs smack into his past while helping a client investigate her
dad's mysterious death; Max helps Sketchy one-up a two-faced casino owner who
bilked him for a bundle of cash.

2000)
Tipped off by a mysterious newspaper ad, Max realizes that a fellow
fugitive from the Manticore project may be alive and well in Seattle.
Determined to uncover the truth, she follows a trail of clues that could lead
her to an old friend — or a sworn enemy. Meanwhile, Logan has a reunion of
another kind to deal with after his recovering alcoholic ex-wife returns,
hoping to make amends for past sins.
#6 Prodigy (Nov 21, 2000)
Logan puts his life on the line to barter for Max's after a hostage
crisis at a genetics conference traps Max with a deadly fellow attendee... Lydecker.
But as the situation intensifies, it becomes clear that hunter and prey will
have to play nice together to get out alive.
#7 Cold Comfort (Nov 28, 2000)
The hunter becomes the prey as Max and Zack go after Lydecker for
kidnapping one of their own. When a fellow bio-synth is abducted en route to a
private powwow with Zack, Max and her militant brother-in-arms fear Lydecker is
to blame. But when they ambush him at a secret meeting of his own, the kids
realize that, while their hostage is innocent (this time), he does know who has
their friend...and why. And as the trio forms an unholy alliance to save the
girl from a mutual enemy, one of them makes a false move that puts them all in
mortal jeopardy.
#8 Blah Blah Woof Woof (Dec
12, 2000)
Lydecker's manhunt for Vogelsang's killer puts Max on too many
"most wanted" lists. Meanwhile, a stray bullet lodged in Logan's
spine leaves him near death, forcing his protégée to make a decision that could
save his life, but end her own.
#9 Out (Jan 9, 2001)
Max and Logan's growing attraction is put to the test as he breaks
their first date to bust a flesh-peddler, who makes it his sole mission to
silence "For Eyes Only" forever. Meanwhile, the Jam Pony kids catch
on to Normal's new lady after he sends a delivery to her domicile.
#10 Red (Jan 16, 2001)
Max takes on an army of superhuman soldiers in an episode amped up
on action sequences. The trouble starts when Logan recruits his favorite biker
chick to protect a Federal witness with vital info on local corruption. But the
operation hits a snag after Max realizes that the guy she's guarding is a face
from the not-so-distant — and very painful — past, and that those who want him
dead may have plans for her as well.
#11 Art Attack (Feb 6, 2001)
Logan and Max move closer to romance in a decidedly lighter episode
than usual. Faced with being Logan's date for a family wedding, Max goes on a
mad dash to find the perfect dress in the hope of wowing the Cale crowd.
Meanwhile, Normal gets kidnapped by an angry art dealer because one of the Jam
Pony messengers mistakenly delivered the wrong package to him. Max has to
rescue Normal and attend a wedding at the same time.
#12 Rising (Feb 13, 2001)
The Red supersoldiers kidnap Original Cindy to get to Max, whose
overamped DNA may be the key to their survival — and Logan's chance to walk
again. Meanwhile, it seems like some of Max's best buds are starting to change,
and not necessarily for the better.
#13 The Kidz are Aiight (Feb
20, 2001)
It's a race to save the Manticore fugitives after Zack escapes from
Lydecker's lair and enlists Max to help round up their lost friends. Meanwhile,
Max finds herself growing even closer to a newly mobile Logan; and Original
Cindy gets herself a new place to live now that her old landlord is dead.
#14 Female Trouble (Mar 13,
2001)
Max battles her conscience after catching a fellow Manticore
experiment hell-bent on killing a doctor with a tie to their past — and Max's
future with Logan. But when Lydecker puts them all in the line of fire, Max is
forced to choose between an old friend and her new flame.
#15 Haven (Mar 27, 2001)
A weekend away in a sleepy — and creepy — little town has Max
helping a boy who sees dead people and Logan investigating the murders of
several political activists.
#16 Shorties in Love (Apr 17,
2001)
Max's plan to steal a set of computer discs is derailed by Original
Cindy's felonious ex-lover, who draws the unwanted attention of a shadowy pharmaceutical
firm. But once they catch her, it may be too late for Max to save the comely
conartist from triggering the end of the world without even knowing it.
#17 Pollo Loco (Apr 24, 2001)
Star Trek: DS9 vet Nana Visitor pays Lydecker a visit in a
key episode that exposes an awful truth about Max. Visitor plays 'deck's
mysterious boss, Madame X, who's finally revealed after two corpses turn up
bearing the bar code of an escaped X-5. Realizing the Manticore runaway is
behind the deaths, she orders Lydecker to take action before she has to.
Meanwhile, Max races to stop her fellow fugitive from taking another life, but
their face-off could unleash Max's own killer instincts — instincts Logan
uncovers after a rendezvous with Max's worst enemy.
#18 I am I am a Camera (May 1,
2001)
Max gets herself a sidekick after a pseudo-superhero calling himself
the Street Sweeper strong-arms his way into a hunt for the person offing
recently paroled felons. But when Logan uncovers his uncle's tie to the crimes,
he fears the Cale family fortune could be nothing but blood money and must
decide whom to trust. And whom to turn against.
#19 Hit a Sista Back (May 8,
2001)
It's a battle of the bio-synths as Max, Zack and Tinga's plan to
stop Lydecker from snagging Tinga's son pits them against Madame X's newest
weapon — a brainwashed Brin. But when a double-cross puts them all in danger,
it becomes clear that someone at Manticore is keeping secrets about the future
of the X-5 project.
#20 Meow (May 15, 2001)
On the anniversary of their meeting, Max's cat DNA sends her into
heat, forcing her to bail on a date with Logan. Meanwhile, Lydecker and X play
a game of cat-and-mouse with Max that puts her in harm's way and Manticore's
top agent on his own boss's hit list.
#21 And Jesus Brought a
Casserole (May 22, 2001)
After falling into the hands of her creepy creator, it fast becomes
clear that Lydecker needs her help more than she needs his. Betrayed by Madame
X, "Deck" is now a wanted man willing to join Max's crusade against
his murderous boss. So, keeping friends close and foes closer, Max and a fleet
of her fellow fugitives make peace with their former tormentor and march into a
battle that could lay waste to Lydecker's life's work — including one of his
beloved "kids."

#22 Designate This (Sept. 28,
2001)
Max finds herself in the belly of the beast as James Cameron's sci-fi
series begins its second season. Picking up months after the shoot-out at
Manticore, which left the leather-clad crimefighter near death, the opener explains
how Max survived the fateful finale. It's not pretty. Rescued and rebuilt by
her old Manticore captors, a now imprisoned Max is set to rejoin her former
X-5s in Madame X's army. But with Logan close to exposing the group he thinks
killed his cohort, X is forced to cut a deal with her new recruit to silence
Eyes Only and save Manticore from destruction.
#23 Bag ‘Em (Oct. 5, 2001)
Max takes several child transgens
under her wing after they become targets of White's lethal “cleanup” project to
bury Manticore's existence.
#24 Proof of
Purchase (Oct. 12, 2001)
Max takes a bite out of crime
when canine-enhanced Joshua goes on a rampage in Seattle.
After reports surface of a wild mutant attacking families in the area, Max
fears that the recently escaped Manticore experiment may be behind the carnage.
Determined to stop him before Renfro's henchman do, Max reluctantly recruits an
unlikely ally: Manticore turncoat Alec. But as they begin to see that the
dog-man's attacks are actually a hunt for his elusive creator, Alec reveals a
dark side that puts both Max and Joshua in a perilous situation. Meanwhile,
Lydecker makes a disturbing discovery that hints at big secrets surrounding
Max's true origins.
#24 Radar Love (Oct. 26, 2001)
New faces and nasty forces threaten
Max and Logan's relationship in this ominous hour. Now that Renfro's poison has rendered Max lethal to Logan,
the outcome of the pair's star-crossed affair is uncertain. To make things
murkier, a man from Max's past pops up with hopes of being part of her future,
while Asha cozies up to the lonely Logan. But such romantic notions are dashed
after a bizarre plague hits Seattle, sending the city into a panic. Soon it is
clear to Logan and Max that whatever time they have left as a couple will be
cut very short unless they stop the maniac behind the outbreak.
#25 Boo (Nov 2, 2001)
Max tracks a deadly---and
decapitated---Manticore nomlie as Halloween proves a prime time for the mutants
to roam Seattle undetected. But as she and Joshua close in on the headless
assassin, she almost loses her own head when it becomes clear that Logan and
Asha have been spending a bit too much time together.
#26 Two (Nov 9, 2001)
The hunt is on for Joshua after three Seattle cops are attacked by a
caninelike killer; Alec snags a job at Jam Pony as a way to score the money he
owes Max.
