Morgan is my best friend in the world, and I love her tons. We always have fun no matter what we are doing, whether it's riding around listening to Garth, putting together computers, or having deep conversations over pointless topics. We used to be really stupid and fight a lot, but I think this year we grew up and realized how much we needed each other to survive high school, and some other "friends" who proved not to be so true. I don't know what I would do without her, school would certainly blow, and so would life in general. Below I am going to share poems we wrote about our friendship (after a recent "accident") and I am going to share some of our favorite inside quotes.
To You by Morgan I couldn't tell you About the light you shine Into a world so dreary I couldn't tell you About the hope you bring Into a future often bleak I couldn't tell you About the night I thought I would lose you I couldn't tell you About how I'd wanted to die anyway If my life no longer had you I couldn't tell you About how it all changed The morning I awoke, and still had my friend I couldn't tell you Until now...
Absence by Heather I saw you laying there, and I wondered What happened to you? Is it my fault? I looked to someone whose existence I question And I asked "him" to make it ok We all make stupid decisions I know And we knew what we were doing as we went along But as you lay there, and we stood above you I wondered why we had to be so dumb I knew that if tomorrow didn't come for you I would wish for not another day to breathe If I lost you, I would lose my one true friend No one would be there to share my every triumph I know now how much you mean to me Like never before I see your true value I want you to know that I love you I want you to know that you are my best friend No matter how many bad choices you make I will be there, to stand beside you forever
