History: White, Red stripe, Blue interior, Black top Purchased 21 June 1999, Rutherford, Tennessee. Despite what some people might say, buying this car was not an impulse purchase. This is a car that I had wanted for several months. I went to high school with the girl who used to drive it, and I would see this car cruising around town from time to time where I work. As far as the body and exterior and motor and transmission and roof go, we're looking at very good to almost excellent condition. My list of problems just contains stuff like realigning the left windshield wiper, replacing a reverse light bulb, replacing the stereo, and so forth. Already, in just 5 days, I have put about 1000 miles on it, and I have the tan to prove it! It gets very good gas mileage, 30 mpg on average so far, and I have rarely driven it with the top up, but I know I can just in case. I don't plan any modifications to this car whatsoever except for repairing and replacing the little things as I mentioned and shampooing the interior really well. |
