Reaper, Arkangel, my two FAVORITE people in the world. Surely you, as much as anyone, must be confused as to why, I, Joe Cool, the President of ICW, made this match. Well that's what I'm filming this for. To respond to your questions and comments, and explain, why you two have to be a team just days before your Hell match at ICW No Remorse. Since I like to have ladies go first, and Arkangel has been bitching the most, that means, I get to talk to Arkangel first.

Arkangel, do you think I'm hiding behind my authority? That's a new one on me, considering I never hide from anyone. I'm sure you're wondering if I wanted the ICW title off of you so bad, how come I didn't take it off you myself? Stupid Arkangel, I don't wrestle for ICW titles! And I'm certainly not going to strip the title from you when so many deserving superstars could do it for me. Raccoon seems to have done just that, hasn't he? And who better? Raccoon is just like you in a way Arkangel, he defended that BTC 5x, no mere small feat, as only 4 people have ever done so, out of about 20 total champions. Raccoon, also went to the finals against JJ Crawford when the WC was vacant, and came within a hair of winning it then. And you say he doesn't deserve it? Let me ask you a question Arkangel, what makes you better than Raccoon? You hold no pinfall victories over him, you sure as hell aren't the WC anymore. You think I screwed you over? If I wanted to screw you over, I would have took that title, rammed it in your face and counted as fast as humanly possible. If I truly wanted to screw you over in that match, I would have done it so fast, you'd be thinking the bell hasn't rung yet as Raccoon and I head backstage.

You think I'm going to try and stop you from winning the World title? Not if you try to ease your way up to it like last time. Let's take a look at this. You defend the BTC 5x. That earned a shot. You fight a man who basically only has one leg, in of all contests, a ladder match. Then you defend it against Enforcer, Creeper, Oak, Phisch, Orb. All of those contests you either maimed your opponent, or cheated to get a victory. Tell me something Arkangel, who uses chemicals to try and win a match? Who after winning, decides to send a wrestler on injury status by smacking him in the face with a sledgehammer. I want a champion these people can look up to. You are not a champion. You are a chump. You were merely holding the belt, keeping it warm for whoever finally got past the cheating and hurting to take it from you. When no one could, I stepped in to make the match fair, and when you knew that you lost your title fairly, you snapped. I saw you destroying MY ring when you lost the title. You flattened Raccoon and Creeper. What kind of a champion is that? You lost! No, Arkangel, you're not a true champion.

Oh I'm sorry, I guess a guy limping to the ring, just weeks after fighting a guy who savagely attacked his knee, and locked him in the STF every chance he got, in the semifinals of the World title tournament, doesn't qualify for a guy with an injured knee. But I guess you're "bruised brain" was 100% legit, huh? But anyway, you say that Creeper will meet the winner of the Raccoon-AOD match. Well he'll meet Raccoon either way. If AOD wins the WC, he will defend against his No Remorse opponent, Solitaire. That's what ICW is about Arkangel, oppurtunity. All these guys who you say aren't main eventers, will never be main eventers if they aren't given the oppurtunity. In case you didn't realize this Arkangel, the roof of the arena blew off when Raccoon got that 3. The fans see him as a guy who works his ass off for this company, and when he finally won the big one, they poured their hearts out to him in respect of what he's done. But enough about you Arkangel, like Reaper said, you're just a guppy, and I have to talk about a shark.

REAPER! How are you doing? Well you're always pissed off so I can guess that it's not good. You think that I don't like you? You got it all wrong man, You see it's just the opposite. I have the upmost respect for you, and Deadly Intent. Who else in ICW, is one half of the kings of TT, who else in ICW, has the longest HC title reign, and is currently looking to beat that with his second HC title reign? I'll tell you something you already know Reaper, and that's no one. You see Reaper, since you're so agressive and dominant in the ring, that you've managed to have one of the biggest winning streaks of all the ICW superstars. You've earned everything you've got, and from one wrestler to another..I respect that. I'm all for you in this fued with Arkangel. Another reason I like you, and this is the reason I made this match, Reaper, the fans love you! Don't believe me? ICW's merchandise sells prove it. I know what sells, and right now Reaper is in demand. You know how many fans wanted to see Reaper and Arkangel in the ring before No Remorse? Just about all of them. Think about it Reaper, you and Arkangel, forced to work together, and the fans know it could break out into a brawl at any time!

Now I heard your unkind words, and they will not effect my opinion of you. I respect you Reaper, and think YOU are everything Arkangel isn't. A true champion. I mean Reaper=Hardcore here in ICW. I can't even remember who held the HC before you, I have to go back into the archives. So if you think ill of me, go ahead, I've had people do it before, but I am not the enemy here Reaper. I just hope you see things that way soon. Why? Because I'm Joe Cool and I Can.
