The Dictionary

             Type    = D datafile, I I-descriptor/Virtual Field, PH Phrase

             LOc     = Numeric position (Location) of field in file.

             CONV    = Data (Conversion) code for date and currency conversion.

             Name    = Column heading that will appear on report.

             Format  = Field format.

                         L = Left Justified
                         R = Right Justified
                         T = Text Justification

             S/M     = Single or Multivalued field.

                         S = Single
                         M = Multi

             ASSO    = Used to establish multivalued Associations.
