Convert PGDF to SPSP


          Use the PTSC screen, (Proc Gen to Screen Proc Conv), to convert PGDF procedures
          to the SPSP format.

          Edit the appl.PRCS.DEF record of the screen and set both fields 122 (should be U) 
          and 123 (should be J) to null. This will allow the screen to be brought up on SGP.
