"The Wild Child"

For work I wore my blond hair in 2 little braids and since I became "Dead," to use Killer's term, I never comb my hair. I dont have to. I'm kinda medium height I guess and I have blue eyes. I believe the eyes are the window to the soul. I'm from Gun Barrel City, Texas and a huge fan of the Vampire Lestat. After I left my mortal life I became a member of the Fang Gang.
We were a coven of tough street vampires. The gang was as follows: Killer, Davis, Russ, Tim and then me Baby Jenks. They were my family and 4 the first time I was loving life. When we traveled on motorcycles we always carried Lestat's book with us. I never got the name straight with the first book.
We headed for Lestat's concert in San Francisco but before we left I killed my parents. Mom with an iron, and Dad by punching him, paralyzing him, then burying him alive. They never understood me, but even when she lay dying, my mother forgave me. I saw it in her face.
When we were back on the road, dreams of 2 redheaded twins would invade our sleep. Vampires kept going up in flames and the whole Fang Gang was wiped out. It was known that it was by Akasha, our queen, and by her own power that only a selected few of us would live 4 her vision of a "Perfect Eden." I was also burnt and was laying on the pavement when I saw a vision of the Virgin Mary. I walked towards my own mother, who I saw reaching for me as well, but I didn't die.
What happened was I came back somehow, burnt like extra crispy chicken, but still living. I hid out in New Orleans and watched out for the others, very fearful for my safety. I heard later that the twins were Mekare & Maharet. Mekare slashed Akasha's head off in Maharets house, in a room with the others gathered around a huge table. I hunted enough to become fully healed, and eventually drank from other vampires, which was the best experience for me. Now I'm hunting in the open and the year is 2001. I now also know the others. My feeling of existence is that "as fast as God gives you life, it can be taken away by others."
