Welcome to Indy wrestling people. Lets take IWC to the top of this industry, and show those bigger corporations that big corporate wrestling is a thing of the past.

- 05/20/04 - Nearly three months after abruptly closing its doors, the Independent Wrestling Corporation announced today that it will reopen its doors, possibly as soon as next week. CEO Evan Rogers issued a statement to the press, saying "Closing the IWC permanently was never an option. We merely suspended our operations in order to find the right man to help run the promotion. Fortunately, I have found just the man I was looking for to take over operations as General Manager of the IWC. A man whose extensive knowledge of this industry will insure that the IWC remains in the game for a long, long time to come." Rogers declined to announce just who his new GM was. "I'll make that announcement at a press conference later in the week," Rogers said. Rumors abound as to the GM's identity. Meanwhile, Rogers did confirm that all former talent had been contacted, and that they would all be welcome back to the IWC, should they choose to return.
