Mail completed application (found in back of workbook) and a check made out to “Catholic Committee on Scouting” to cover the $15.00 cost of EACH award to: Joseph Ward 4445 S. Anton Way New Palestine IN 46163 For planning purposes, please allow 14 days for delivery. The awards are normally in local inventory and will be returned to you by post for presentation in your parish. Completed application forms and payment must be in Mr. Ward’s hands by December 31, 2009 to assure inclusion in the program for the Archbishop’s Awards Ceremony in February All questions regarding Cub Scout awards can be directed to Joe Ward. |

For Scouts within a reasonable driving distance of Indianapolis, the Boards of Review are held at Our Lady of the Greenwood on the first Sunday in January – please see front page calendar for date and time. Please arrive in your complete uniform and bring your complete application, completed workbook, all project materials you prepared in completing the workbook tasks and a check for $15.00 to cover the cost of the award. You should expect a Board of Review interview with two or more experienced Catholic Scouters, similar to a Star or Life Scout Board. Please be prepared to discuss what you learned and how the experiences that you have had in the awards program have affected you. The Emblems will be presented at the Archbishop’s Awards Ceremony in February. For Scouts who live outside the Indianapolis area, a local board of review must be held. Please see the appropriate counselor’s handbook for instructions. Mail the completed form(s) and payment for the award ($15.00 each, check to “Catholic Committee on Scouting”) to Joe Ward at the address above.
