Loft 47 is currently seeking 1 unique, professional, responsible, creative, respectful, honest, and positive hair artist for booth rental/ free lance opportunities. We are centrally located 5 blocks west of San Mateo on Menaul in the newly remodeled On Street Plaza.
One year ago, our goal was to create a cool, hip and fun environment to practice our craft as hair stylists and artists. We achieved that vision and now are seeking one more person who shares our perspective to join us on this ride.
Why should a majority of the money you earn go into someone else's pocket? Your work, YOUR money! Why should you have to sell someone else's retail or work according to their schedule? At Loft 47, you sell your own retail and make your own hours. You have the freedom to do hair anytime you want and do it YOUR way.

1) A completely new salon in the contemporary loft open decor. Brand new chairs, Craftmen toolbox as your station and separate additional storage for your colors, etc.
2) Loft 47 has been completely designed by hair artists, with special attention paid to lighting, flooring, flow and aestetics. Each workspace in our four station salon is spacious and provides ample room for each stylist to operate with ease.
3) You have freedom! Work when you want and how you want. YOU choose what services to perform. You have complete control over how you practice your craft. You choose and provide your own color line, backbar and styling products. Plus, you retail your own products. No more selling products and services for someone else to benefit!
4) Loft 47 is centrally located on one of the busiest stretches of road in Albuquerque. The salon is easily accessible from downtown, Nob Hill, west side, interstate system and far NE heights. Loft 47 is also only a few blocks away from both Coronado Mall and the new ABQ Uptown.
