Firstly, i would like to make it very very clear: make sure you're absolutely 100% sure you want to purchase the item before you do. Generally, we DO NOT allow refunds; exchanges are allowed but however, on very rare occasions. Most of the items on Indulgent Sweetie are in great condition, with a few exceptions. But if the item has any defects (such as stains or rips) i would have listed it on the website already. I check all the items before i ship them off, so there shouldn't be any problems. On the website, i try to include as much details and photographs of the item as possible. However, there are the odd cases where maybe the fit isn't right or something that you JUST CAN'T live with. Just e-mail me ([email protected]) and i'm sure we can work something out. :] But if there ARE going to be exchanges, the cost for the shipping will be covered by YOU or the purchaser.
