A: Well...A LOT of the stuff here are one-of-a-kind. So the chance is, once it's gone, it's gone! BUT, if you drop me an e-mail at [email protected] i MIGHT have something similar to what you're looking for or i might make something similar to it! Good Luck!
Q: Why is the shipping so slow!?
A: You see, that's what makes Indulgent Sweetie special! It's one of the few webstores that allow people to make purchases even WITHOUT a credit card. The three methods of payment are concealed cash, money order, and personal check; they are all slower than credit card payments because the purchaser needs to send it to me via snail mail and then after i receive payement (it will take longer if you're paying by personal checks because it needs to clear first) then i package the item(s) and ship them off. It'll take longer, but it's worth it, non? :]
Q: I see something i like but i think my friend and sister would like them too! But there's only one in stock! Can you help meee?
A: Similar to the question above, most of the things on Indulgent Sweetie are unique and one-of-a-kind. But you can drop me an e-mail off at [email protected] and i'd TRY my best to find something similar or make something similar to the original.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Sometimes. If you would like something custom-made, drop me an e-mail and i'll see what i can do! E-mail me at [email protected] and i'll try my best to cope!
Q: I also make my own stuff like clothes and accessories!! Can i sell them on your website????
A: I'm not currently looking for sellers, but if you're interested in selling your handy-crafts on Indulgent Sweetie, then e-mail me at [email protected] and i'll keep you on the list of "Potential Sellers".
Q: I have a credit card, can i pay by credit card instead?
A: Sorry, for now the three methods of payment are: concealed cash, money order, and personal checks. It'll only take A BIT longer. :] Patience is the key!
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: It depends where you are in the world. It usually ranges from $5-$10 in Canada for stadard delivery, arriving 3-4 days after being sent. If you're international, you'd have to e-mail me about shipping rates.
Q: I bought something and i'm planning on giving it as a gift. Can i get it wrapped?
A: Yup, you can get whatever you've ordered gift wrapped for an extra three dollars.
Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Q: I was wondering do you ship to Mexico?
A: Yup, if there's people there, we ship! :]
Q: I'm paying by concealed cash...but i'm worried it will be stolen.
A: Concealed cash is a great way to pay. We've never really had a problem despite there being a SLIGHT risk that it may be stolen or damamged, Indulgent Sweetie will not be held responsible. Just make sure it's discreet, after you've put the money in the envelope, ask yourself if you're someone who doesn't know anything about it, can you guess there's money in there? Maybe wrap a piece of paper around the bills to disguise it a bit. But it should be fine.

Q: I have my eye on something, but it's a bit expensive. Are there sales or discounts?
A: Yes. There will be seasonal/holiday clearance sales and such. Also, you can join our club, "Indulgent Sweeties", in which you will receive e-mail updates about sales, trends, new stuff, discounts, contests and much more!
