This site is about the Thesis we wrote as the final part of our studies
towards warning a M.Sc. in engineering. The Thesis was handed in May 4th,
2001 and defended May 23, 2001. We started the work September 1st, 2000.
We were supervised by Jørn Toftum, Geo Clausen and P. Ole Fanger.
