| Water, 1% and homoginized milk and juice are provided throughout the day for your child. Nutritious snacks, and lunch following the guidelines set out by the Canadian Food Guide are also provided. A weekly lunch menu will be given to Parents at the start of every week for their review. This way should their child have an intolerance/ allergy/ or dislike to a particular food item , changes can be made. An example of a typical day would be as followed; Morning snack; 1 glass of water or juice, cheese and crackers Lunch;1 glass of milk, 1 glass of water, homemade fruit salad (made with the assistance of the children in the a.m.)and yogourt.
