| At the Oct. 2nd meeting the Tater Pin got transferred TWICE. First Geo gave it to Jack.........not sure why........but then Red decided to share a story (embellished of course) and some how Annie wound up with Jack pinning the Tater on her. All I can say is "I was just taking my shower". But believe me I'm gonna find someway of making a SWEETTATER pin, so when the next woman gets the award at least she can wear that one. |
| Well it finally happened......at the December 4th meeting Jack brought in not only one but two sweet potatoe pins....And he had the pleasure of awarding them...first to Annie (not sure why....I think he felt sorry for me getting roped into the rotten one) and one to Gail for so unselfishly giving of her time and husband to the chapter.........thanks so much Jack |

| At the January 8th meeting at Old Farm the Rotten Tater was pinned on Geo by Annie for forgetting to notify the restaurant of the change in our meeting day. At the February 5th meeting at Old Farm the Rotten Tater was pinned on Kathy by Geo for gluing the pin fastner upside down on the back of the pin....Geo finally figured out why his kept falling off!! |
| Justice is finally served: On April 2nd 2003, Jack finally got his chance to pin the rotten tater pin on Delbert...good thing we have two pins..hard telling when the next time we might see Delbert again!! |
| At the same meeting that Delbert got his pin...Gail presented her sweet tater pin to Sandy..for being such a gracious hostess at our maintainance day..we arrieved a lil after 10:00am to the wonderful smell of hot cinnamon rolls. While the men worked in the garage Gail and Annie got to know Sandy better..thanks again for opening up your home and garage to the chapter!!! |
| This just doesn't seem right but at the June 4th meeting Delbert thought of a way to get ride of his rotten tator pin, and it saddens me to say......but it got pinned on my loving husband, Todd. Delbert didn't even want to do the honors...so Vicky quickly volunteerd and snatched a hug to boot. Delberts reason? Because Todd whimped out and we drove to Spring Wing Warm Up. Well I drove, he read his newspaper and drank coffee. Maybe he did deserve that pin after all....hmmmm? |
