Main hall, bar area and kitchen:$700.00 per day (8 hours)Events must end by 1:30 am. Unless other arrangements are made, such as concerts.
Kitchen: (for food service events, large parties and such) $100.00 per day in addition to regular rate
Security deposit of $200.00 ( refunded after inspection of hall, if no damages are done to hall)
Deposit not refunded if you cancel reservation. Since we are unable to rent for the date we reserve we must keep the deposit to cover lost revenue due to your cancellation.
A 150.00 dollar cleaning fee is required (non- refundable)
Hall Information:
The 7500 square foot hall seats 500 auditorium style, or 375 banquet style.
A 618 square foot commercial catering kitchen and state of the art electronics are part of this elegant facility.
Member and donor fees are as follows:Member-non-donor $500.00
Donor and member $400.00 deposit and cleaning fee applies to everyone.
We are improving the facility to better serve our clients.
