There are many sites that off free web page space. I recommend using Geocities and signing up for a site. However, if you know of another site, feel free to use that instead. If you look up free web page space using a search engine, you will be able to find many services that offer free space.
If you know html, then you can write it yourself and upload it to your page. However, if you don't know html, most pages will have a page-builder that will give you step-by-step directions on how to create your page.
