All About Us... |
Amanda Sasenick,Christie Calle, and Erin Esaki are all eighth graders here at Chaparral Middle School. They were immediately interested in their topic since they are subject to strict school dress code every day and since they have friends who attend private school. All three girls are neutral on the school uniform debate and see down sides and good sides to the topic. They enjoyed working HARD on the project and simply can't wait to present their INTERESTING topic to the judges! |

We enjoyed working on history day! We realized... it was not as easy as we thought it would be... and that viruses stink majorly! We also realized how easily distracted we got haha by being on the internet... and at times we realized we are really loud and crazy when we are around eachother. We noticed some interesting comments in our guestbook and realized it was not all that great of an idea to have a guestbook when anyone could sign it with some stupid comment. Our advice to future seventh graders is not only to drop out of honors history, but also to move away and go to mesa verde since they do not have to do things like RUBE GOLDBERG eather. With rube goldberg, completing the squares, and all kinds of essays in language... history day seemed impossible to complete. We are very fortunate to have stayed on schedule EVEN with our CRAZY lifes! Overall...history day was a fairly tough experience which actually made us think a little. haha . |
