Never Fall From Me
Acrylic on Canvas
16 x 16
Jan 2000
This painting was interesting in its idea.  I wanted to create the emotion of oneness between the two figures- The feeling neither could manage without the other. Much went into that idea: I didn't want either figure to appear dominant or submissive.  Equality throughout.  Even the canvas is square (completely on purpose.)  There is much to look at in this painting, but unfortunately I couldn't get the whole image in the scan.  This was commissioned by my cousin as an anniversary gift.
