This is due to a couple of things. First, I've been restoring a bathroom in my house and I didn't have time to paint. Second, I "visited" Saudi Arabia recently, and painting wasn't necessarily an option.
Strangely, I was commissioned for this painting without having produced anything in nearly a year. I was a little nervous that I might be out of practice, and not able to paint a "worthy" product.
Well, I am not sure what you think, but I am really happy with the results. I had a canvas with the rough drawing of 2 horses sitting around the studio with the intention of calling it "Ghost Horses". Luckily, it morphed into all sorts of different animals just through the shape of the lines.
So print out a copy, and pretend it is one of those "Highlight" magazines you'd see in a dentist's office, and circle all the different animals you can see!
I'll help a little here to get you started. There are 2 horses, a cardinal, a Flamingo , a duck head, a wild boar, an elephant, a big Cat, a dog, a rabbit, 2 fish, an eagle head, an owl...I am sure there are more, but you get the idea....
There is more here than first meets the eye!
