Place: Hank�s Beach House in Bermuda- Jeff�s Room Time: 10:00am Date: December 26, 2008 Joshua: Charity, I didn�t rape you. I wouldn�t ever do a thing like that. Charity: And you think that I�m going to believe you over Jeff, my husband�s best friend from high school. Jeff: Miguel is your husband? Charity: Yes, I thought you knew that. Jeff: Oh, I did. I must have been knocked out pretty bad. I can�t think straight. Charity: Well I�m definitely going to call the police. You rapist! (She gets up with rage and runs over to the phone) Joshua: NO! Meanwhile in Hank�s shower Tina: Hankypoo� (Wrapping her arms around him) What do you mean get out? Hank: I MEAN� GET OUT! Tina: Jeez� someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Hank: Yeah. And I wouldn�t have if you weren�t lying on the side I always sleep on. Tina: Hank. Let�s make love again. Hank: No. I have to work today. Tina: Alright. Well, maybe some other time. Hank: I wouldn�t count on it. Tina: Well, I have to go anyway. My friend Jill and I are going out to see a movie. Hank: Whatever. Just go. Tina: Bye. (She blows a kiss to him and walks out the door) Hank: Good riddens. (Tina leaves and Hank shuts off the water) Hank: I hope she never comes back. Tina goes downstairs and sees Todd cleaning up Tina: Hey there sexy. Todd: Cool it bitch, I heard what went on up there. Tina: Jeez, the men in this house are rude. (Tina leaves and Hank comes down wearing a robe) Hank: Thanks for cleaning up Todd. Todd: Ah, it was nothing Hank. You must have a bad hangover? Hank: Yeah. How many cans of beer did I drink? Todd: I couldn�t tell you man. Hank: I have to work today, I feel like crap. Todd: I�m sorry. So uh, why don�t you want to get with this girl Tina? (Hank gets a unquestionable look across his face) Todd: What? Okay, if you don�t want to answer that�s fine. Hank: What do we have here for breakfast? Todd: French Toast sticks from last year. Hank: I�ll just get something from the diner at the Hotel. Where is Jeff? Todd: He�s a little busy right now with his own problems. Meanwhile in Sheridan and Luis�s room. (They both come in) Luis: Sheridan, you scarred the daylight out of me last night. I wish you would check your blood sugar when you are suppose to. Sheridan: I will Luis. I promise. Thank you for calling the ambulance and thanks for spending all night with me in the hospital. Luis: I�d do anything for you. I love you. Sheridan: And I love you too. More than words can say. It�s hard to believe we almost married different people. Luis: Let�s not even talk about that. We�re here to have a good time. So what should we do now that we know you�re alright? Sheridan: I�d just rather lie down and rest for a few hours. Can you go down to Dynamite Diner and get me a diet coke? Luis: Yeah, sure. I�ll be back soon. (He kisses her and leaves) Meanwhile Kay runs down to the beach, Crying Kay: I shouldn�t have married him! I shouldn�t have. Not only am I lying to myself, I�m lying to Billy as well. He�s a nice guy, and I�m only wasting my time staying married to him just because I don�t� have anyone else in my life. Miguel will never come back to me. And now, having had sex with Billy, I�m most likely going to get pregnant. AGAIN! I don�t think I could bear losing another child. God help me. Miguel walks along Pure Harbour Miguel: That dream felt so real last night, almost as if Kay and I really did make love last night. I�m so glad too. I couldn�t help myself in that dream. I�ve got to find Charity. (Kay starts walking back up to Hamilton Inn) Kay: I know what I have to do. I have to end this marriage with Billy. I�m not happy. He can�t be happy with someone who doesn�t love him back. Oh no, after that dream I had I wrote all about it in my diary thinking it was real. And I left it out on the table! I can�t risk Billy reading it. Meanwhile in Billy�s Suite (Billy steps out of the shower and goes into the suite, he looks down and sees Kay�s diary) Billy: This is Kay�s diary. Maybe I can find out why she�s acting so strange. (He picks it up) Meanwhile in Gwen and Ethan�s Room, Gwen is sitting down in a chair. Gwen: Where is Ethan at? I thought he�d be back up by now. He�s taking way too long. I better go down to Dynamite Diner and see what the hold up is. When Gwen arrives down at the diner she looks around for Ethan. (She sees him sitting down eating a donut) Gwen: There he is! (She moves closer and sees a red head girl with him.) Who is he with? (The girl stands up, laughing at a joke Ethan had said, she turns around and picks up her purse) Gwen: Theresa! The red head is Theresa! OH, I don�t believe this! (Ethan stands up and puts his arm around Theresa and they walk away. Gwen�s jaw drops) Gwen: What is he doing? Why is he doing it? Is he seeing Theresa behind my back? No, there is no way. There has to be a logical explan� (She looks back and sees Ethan kissing Theresa) Gwen: That little bitch! Oh, I�m not going to just sit back and let that� Rebecca: Gwenny? Gwen: Hi mother. Rebecca: You look distressed, is something wrong? Gwen: Look behind you. Rebecca: Why that�s! Ethan, he�s kissing some red headed bimbo. Gwenny! Gwen: Take a closer look mother. Rebecca: Theresa! Theresa is the red-headed bimbo! Gwen: How could Ethan do this to me? Maybe he�s bored of me. Rebecca: Don�t say that Gwenny. Any women with Hotchkiss blood know that their husbands never get bored of them. Now loosen up, let your mother take care of this. Gwen: No! I�m 29 now mother. I can handle my own problems. Now let me take care of it. Rebecca: What are you going to do? Gwen: I�m going back up to my room and I�m going to wait for Ethan to return. And when he gets back, I�ll just ask him where he was and if he lies to me� I don�t know what I�ll do. (Gwen walks away) Rebecca: Well, call me later. I�m in room 101. Meanwhile at the Beach House (Jeff, Todd, and Charity watch as the police carry Joshua out to the car.) Joshua: I didn�t do anything! I swear! Police: That�s what they all say. (Meanwhile inside an Officer asks Charity and Jeff questions about last night.) Charity: So he did drug me? Officer: I�m afraid so miss. We found these drugs in his pants pocket upstairs. Charity: Thanks Officer. Officer: You might want to find yourself a good lawyer. Cases like these could always use one. Have a nice day miss. Charity: Thank you. (The officer leaves and Charity starts to cry) Jeff: Charity, don�t cry. I�ll be here for you if you need me. Charity: Can you testify in court for me, please. Jeff: Sure Charity. But you know he doesn�t stand a chance. They found the evidence in his pocket. Charity: I know. But I have to get back to my husband. Todd: Husband? Charity: Yes, Miguel. Todd: He�s your husband? Charity: Yeah. He must be worried. I better go. Jeff: You know where to find me. (Charity leaves and closes the door) Todd: What the hell? She�s married? Jeff: I didn�t know. I thought Miguel was her brother. Todd: Dude, you�re lucky you didn�t rape her or else that would have been you they were carrying out to the police car. Meanwhile in Billy�s room, Billy is sitting on the bed reading Kay�s diary. Billy: I can�t believe this. (Kay enters the room and stares at him with a disappointed look.) Billy: Kay. (Surprised)
