Place: Hank�s Beach House in Bermuda Time: 12:24am Date: December 26, 2008 � The Next Morning Charity is standing at the front door Charity: I hope Miguel is here, I have to apologize to him. (Jeff opens the door) Jeff: Come in! (Charity enters the house smiling) Todd: So you�re looking for a guy named Miguel Fritzgerald-Lopez something or rather. Charity: It�s Lopez-Fitzgerald. Yeah, have you seen him? Jeff: Yes, he just went out for some ice. He said that if you were going to be here that we should keep you company until he gets back. Charity: Really? And how do you know Miguel? Jeff: We uh� Todd: We go way back. He�s told us so much about you. Charity: Oh that�s so great, Miguel must be happy to see you again. Is that why he�s here? Jeff: Yeah. We heard he was going to be in Bermuda so we invited him over. Charity: Is this your beach house? Todd: Yeah. We own it together. Jeff: Oh, my name is Jeff Collins and this is Todd Bergen. Charity: I�m Charity Lopez-Fitzgerald. Todd: Oh. So you and Miguel are related? Charity: Yeah. Jeff: So uh, come in and sit down. Have a few beers. Charity: No, I don�t drink. Ever. Todd: Don�t knock it till you�ve tried it. Charity: I don�t know. I�ve never really tasted it before. Jeff: Try it. Charity: No, I don�t think I should. Todd: Then can we get you something else to drink? Charity: Do you have any root beer? If you don�t, I�ll just drink what ever you got in the fridge. Hah. Jeff: Okay. Well Todd and I are going to go find you a drink. We�ll be right back. Charity: Alright. Todd: Enjoy yourself. Meanwhile back at the resort � Charity and Miguel�s room A Man dressed in a black drench coat sneaks into the room with a key. (He looks down at the suitcases and sees Charity�s name on it) Man: Uh-ha! (He picks it up and goes through it, he finds a photo album. Next he starts flipping through the book looking at the pictures. He takes a picture of Charity out and puts it into his pocket and throws the album back into the suitcase. He looks around for other things and finds Charity�s sweater lying on the bed. He picks it up and smells it. When he hears someone coming, he hides out on the balcony. Miguel enters the room) Miguel: Charity! I�m back. Charity? Hmm, where could she be? You think she�d be here watching Leno right now. I can�t believe what she said to me today. I mean, come on! I can�t be that bad in bed. I better go look for her. (Miguel leaves and the man comes back in from the balcony.) Man: So he�s been sleeping with her. Hmm. (The man picks up Miguel�s suitcase and opens it, he goes out onto the balcony and dumps them out and throws the suitcase along with it) Meanwhile in Kay and Billy�s room Billy: Okay open your eyes Kay. (Kay opens her eyes and sees a romantic candlelight dinner.) Kay: Purple candles! My favorite color! Billy you�re so sweet. Billy: So do you like it? Kay: Of course I do. I love it. Billy: And I love you. (Billy hugs her) Kay: Yeah. (Kay looks bothered) (Billy pulls her seat out and waits for her to sit down) Billy: Well are you going to sit down or what? Kay: Yeah. (She sits down and Billy pushes the chair in) Billy: I can�t remember the last time I prepared a dinner like this for you. Kay: Last summer. Billy: What? Kay: Last summer at Disney World. Billy: Yeah, that was I thought for sure we were going to have a child. Kay, is there something wrong with me? Why don�t you want to have kids? Kay: It�s not you. Billy: Then what is it Kay? We�ve been married for 5 years now, I mean we should have children. Kay: Is that all you want from me? Children? (Kay stands up and throws her napkin down on the table) Billy: Yes! That�s exactly what I want from you. (Standing up, yelling) Kay: Don�t yell at me! Billy: I can yell if I want! Kay: So that�s the only reason you married me? Because you wanted to knock me up? Billy: I married you because I love you! And at least I can say that to your face! Unlike you who can�t even utter those words to me. (Kay gets quiet) Billy: What are you? Speechless? (Long Pause) Billy: (Yelling) Well, say something dammit! Kay: Fine. I love you. There, are you happy? Billy: Yes. Why did it take you 5 years to say it? Kay�s thought: Because I thought Miguel would come back to me. But he didn�t. Billy: Well? Kay: It�s not important. Let�s make love. Billy: Without the condom? Kay: Yes, without the condom. Billy: Finally! Meanwhile back at the Beach House (In the kitchen Jeff pours a glass of Root Beer for Charity) Jeff: Okay. Where is the mix? Todd: Right here. (Holding a tube with liquid in it) Jeff: Is that the right stuff? Todd: Sure is homeboy. Jeff: Alright, pour it in there. (Todd pours the liquid into the glass, Jeff stirs) Todd: So how are we going to do this? Jeff: We�ll give her the drink, dance with her for a little while and wait for the effects to kick in and then I�ll take her up to my bedroom and then I�ll do whatever I want to do with her then you can. Todd: Why do you get her first? Jeff: Because you went first last time. Todd: But what about this guy she�s looking for. Jeff: It�s only her brother. Todd: Well how do we know she�s not married? Jeff: What is this? Twenty Questions? Look, there was no ring on her finger. I checked. Todd: Alright homeboy. Don�t lose your cool. Jeff: Alright. Let�s get out there and have fun. TO BE CONTINUED�
