| ****Seven Months Later**** One more push Abby and your baby will be here. Janet Coburns voice pierced through Abbys head. Push, Abby, push! John was holding her hand and coaching her. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Abby screamed and pushed as hard as she could. Waaaaahhhhhhh A babys cry was heard throughout the room soon after Abbys last push. And its agirl! Congratulations!!! Janet said, holding the new life that was in her arms. Abby, you did it! John happily exclaimed. We did it. Can I see her? Yep. Here she comes, Mommy. Janet said and lifted the baby to a nurse who carried it towards Abbys face. Oh my god. Shes beautiful. Abby said with a smile. Just like her mother. Carter said giving Abby a kiss on the cheek. Okay, we need to go get her cleaned up now. Well bring her back to you later. The nurse said, walking the baby back away from Abby. I love you. Carter said to Abby. I love you too. *A Few Hours Later* So, what should we name her? Abby asked, holding the baby in her arms. Lucy. Carter said quietly after a moment. Or Margaret. Abby suggested. Lucy Margaret Carter. I like that. John said with a smile. Yeah. Me too. You know, this could almost be considered Perfect. John and Abby said together and knew this was only the beginning. |

| Sorry to say, this is the last chapter of the "Into Open Arms" series. I have immensely enjoyed writing these stories, but I think after 18 chapters, my point of why Abby and Carter should be together has been stated. I will start another story ASAP...so keep checking my site in the next fews days to see if I've posted it. I hope you all have enjoyed these stories. |
