Someone I can truly claim as one of the best childhood friends ever. Jaclyn has basically been with me since my memory began. I met her through my church. It's a very hard relationship to describe, but in short... hmmmm, no such thing. She's a year younger than me, so while I was in my Sunday school class in sixth grade, she was in there too because it was the Sunday school class for fifth and sixth graders. I always thought she was really pretty (back in the day when most girls had bangs). As the next few years went by, we moved past the elementary school friendship and actually grew close as real friends. In eigth grade, at the Superbowl party our youthgroup had, we held hands for the very first time... and it was one of those moments in life I'll always remember. Yes, we liked each other. And then I blew it, because I think within the month, I started dating another girl (stupid me because it didn't work out with her). |

Yeah, I wish I stuck with Jaclyn, but by the time I tried liking her again, she'd moved on to another guy. Well, throughout the years, we were sorta always on and off having short- |

lasting flings. But through seeing each other all of the time in youthgroup and Sunday school throughout highschool, we built and amazing friendship that is nearly impossible to truly explain. But it is definitely one of my favorite friendships I've ever made. There isn't anything I wouldn't trust her with, and I would do just about anything for her. Jaclyn, you kick serious butt. You're beautiful and are a great, great, great friend. Thanks for staying in my life and I plan on seeing you throughout the rest of my life. Never lose touch with me. Love you! |
