How to become an Apolo Sweetheart

Though the project is over, you can still get your name on the list. If you donated to the RMHC in Apolo’s name during the campaign and received a thank you card from the RMHC, you’re set!

Just make a copy of the thank you card from the RMHC and send it to us.
It is actually a cute little card that looks like this:

Front

Inside

The card should have arrived in your mail box about two weeks after you sent in your donation.

The note inside the card includes your name, how much you donated, the date, and indicates that you made the donation in Apolos name.

Here are three methods to get it to us.

  1. You can scan it in and email it to us at [email protected].

  2. You can fax it to our dedicated fax line (That means it is always on!) 1.208.493.5572.

  3. You can copy it on a Xerox machine and snail mail it to us. Email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a snail mail address.

Notes:

When you send your receipt copy to us, include the name you would like us to post on the site (i.e. your full real name, a nickname, a screen name, etc.)

Provide us with your email address in case we have any questions and so we can say THANK YOU!

Some people like to white out/mark out the amount they donated. Hey, we are cool with it either way. We are all about your privacy. As long as there is evidence you donated during the campaign and you give us some kind of name to put on the list, you are set.

For Heaven’s sake, do NOT send us your credit card receipt or a copy of your check.

Once we receive your communication, we will post your name on the Apolos Sweethearts list on The Fans page.

Whats the point? The list tells Apolo and the world  how much you rock. It shows everyone what a little teamwork and dedication can accomplish. Plus, it is a small way for us to say, Thank you for making this dream come true.

We hope that is pretty simple. However, if you do have a question or concern, dont be afraid to give us a ring. Just email Velma and Racci at [email protected].
