Tokyo Bike Ride

Me in front of Sendai Station. We had already done 25km at this point from Ohira Village to Sendai Station. It was time to grab a donut and some coffee before leaving Sendai. There was still a definite bite to the air as it was late autumn and we had started riding at around 6:30am in the morning.

"Hey Ray, how about taking this road tomorrow?" Some tactical planning being made for the following day's ride while we were relaxing at dinner on the night of Day 1.

Morning on Day 2, somewhere near Iwaki on the Fukushima / Ibaraki border

"Hey, we are at the Chiba Prefectural border!" The drivers in the cars were probably thinking "Who is this excitable clown?" This picture was taken on the morning of Day 3 on our way to Tokyo Station. As you can see, it got warmer the further south that we went.
