*~*About Pixies*~*

Pixies are very small humanoid creatures, ranging from about 3-6 inches tall. Their appearance varies widely, depending on what they are allied with.

Each pixie is allied with something in nature - it can be anything; a certain animal, a type of plant, a type of rock or mineral, an element, a place, anything really.

They are born wingless and hairless, pure white in color, and continue that way until they choose an ally and a name based on that ally!~!

The ceremony for choosing the ally is very simple; they approach the ally, offer a single drop of blood, and say their name out loud.

After that, they are forever bound to that name and that ally. Within a day after the choosing, they will have developed gender and physical features - hair and eye color, wings, clothing, hair style, etc....

The appearances will depend totally on what ally they choose; not all pixies have wings, though most do.

Everything about their appearance will reflect their name and ally, but still be very individual and unique.

Their magic takes the form of pixie dust, a sparkly dust which they carry in a pouch.

The color of the dust will also reflect the ally. A pixie can only use dust which they themselves have produced.

This is why it's so important for a pixie to choose an ally soon after birth. Until they do, they are defenseless.

We the people of the Pixie Nation do solemnly swear that this document upholds and is our model for our code of life. We follow this document to its fullest and are empowered to change its contents with the aid of our High Council. This document was forged in a time of change, so it will be able to evolve as our nation grows stronger and wiser. The following is our List of Rights, something all Pixies are guaranteed as long as they stay a Pixie.


Rights:
1. Freedom to Frolic.
2. Anything with the main content of "sugar" is a major food group.
3. You may be given help even if you don't think you need it.
4. The King or Queen is elected by the council and the nation as a whole.
5. The Council consists of five members, four are elected where the fifth is appointed
6. The council appoints the Nation Second and Head Councilor.
a. Council members may run for both Nation Second and Head Councilor.
b. If the other three councilors choose one of the council for Head councilor, an election will be held to fill the open seat.
7. The Nation Leader may veto bills passed by the council.
a. The council may make the bills passed even if already vetoed only if all five members vote for passage.
