I continued on my way up the abyss. Jake was up there. He noticed I had some new shorts from last year. Every year I have new shorts to start the season. I usually test them out the first Friday in May this year there were some issues as large was just to large so by opening day I had to switch to medium. Over at the cyclone I took a knee to the head. It was obviously an accident I haven�t had that happen before. She promised me she wouldn�t do it again. I don�t even think I know her so I have no idea what I could have done to her.
I continued on my way and eventually the lines came so I just went on my favorite storm ride the cyclone amazingly the lines were pretty short there and Alex is short too. She had made her way to the cyclone now it is always nice to see her. In all I rode the storm 16x in a row for a stair count of 1,024. Next I went over to the dragon. I rode the steep slide 2x which made the stair count 1,212. I then went over to my favorite ride whitewater run. I went on that once. I was glad I was able to work that in today. I then rode the abyss 4x in a row because that is where the lines were shortest. The stair count went up to 1,512.
Next up it was the dragon. First the steep slide and then the curved slide but I could not get past the umbrella again today so how I am ever going to impress Tina enough to make her ride the slide with me the one and only Mark T? The stair count went up to 1,700 and the crowd just kept growing. It was now time for �Mark walks through the Park� It was a quick walk today because it was rather hot and the park was so busy. I did stop at Taco and got a rootbeer with no ice because I have been observant of how to order a drink. Emily was there she wasn�t yesterday because she was sick and said it was a morning thing. If I hear morning sickness I just go to you must be pregnant. She is not though that is a good thing. She is probably to smart for that. Of course with a young cute college coed you could see how one would think that. I continued to walk around the park with this rootbeer.
I went into Pizza and it was busy there I was going to give some breadsticks a try since I do love bread but there didn�t seem to be any in that little heat thing. I saw Jonathan was a cashier at the surf side caf� today and was that Dustin working as a runner I think so. I decided today I would give a hot dog a try. Carolyn seemed to be all-alone in hot dog and would you believe that I would want a hot dog plain. Jamie came by and told me to go in the wave pool today because there were 6 guards there today. It isn�t going to happen. She suggested I put in one toe and then go from there day after day. There are not all that many ways to get me in the wave pool. If Emily can beat me in stair climbing I have agreed to go in the wave pool but how many people really think that Emily can take me but we will see. Other than that someone would have to really go out of their way and hook me up with Jessica K, �The cashier I hold dear� �Seeing Jessica K Makes my day� �Finally Jessica K made Mark T. ok� Of course since she doesn�t work at Indiana�s Premiere Watepark Deep River Waterpark of course I can�t see it happening but if someone set that up I�d go in the wave pool then
The hot dog was not bad. I may have it again. I am not going to actively promote it. People say I am very particular so if I actually ate something and said it wasn�t bad that means a lot of people will think its good. You can get much more than I got on it. They also have gourmet hotdogs which are 4x1 as opposed to this regular hot dog that is described as 6x1. After this lunch I decided to be on my way. At least it would be a sensational day. Ashley, Rebecca and Sasha were walking along. A comment was made that I was done early today but since I had climbed 1,700 stairs already it was good enough for me. It means I am more than � of the way to my 108,000 stair goal as the season to date goes to 27,486. I imagine that I wouldn�t be able to climb all the many stairs the rest of the day. Ashley told me to have a fun day. At least I understood that as opposed to this peace out.
If the heat does knock me down I may return tomorrow around 4:00 or so we just have to wait and see. You however should make your way to Deep River Waterpark it�s a great place to cool down during these hot days. It is open from 10 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. daily. I�ll see you there.
