Charles was at the abyss he is new this year. I hear from some females that he is fabulous. The abyss was the second slide I rode today. At the vortex was David and he said he has been working but I have not seen him. He said this was his third day in a row. It was my fifth day in a row. Tina came to the cage and at times there were no double tubes for some reason she moved the chair into the corner of the cage perhaps to barricade herself in but how are people suppose to hit her in the head with tubes if she is stuck over there that is no fair. Even though that was Tinas last spot before cleaning I could not get her to ride the slide with me today because she had to immediately get to cleaning. I am sure she could have spared 3 minutes. Maybe she just doesnt like me.
By the time I worked my way back to the cyclone Brittany was there and her sister Lauren was at the wave pool where I dont plan to be but for some reason people want to see me. Lauren apparently has a new belly ring with a hammer and a sickle. Everyone knows that next to ponytails I love pierced navels. Hopefully, I will get to see this soon. I continue in my nice pattern and ended at the abyss and it looks like Alex is an official lifeguard this year and not in merchandise because there she was in an official suit and all.
Tina left the cage and didnt even say goodbye. I did see her as I approached the dragon apparently she had to restock the first aide kit at the bottom because she had to bandage some kid up earlier in the day and she gave away the store. I went on the steep slide 3x and the curved slide once, which made the stair count 1,080. I stopped in taco and nacho, which closes at 5:45 p.m. I had to find this out for you. At least they were pretty busy today. Emily is off tomorrow so I will not be at the park. Actually I have things scheduled to be done in the afternoon like measuring of windows as I am having all sorts of home improvement things done this summer and my house is not falling apart. It is where I spend the majority of my time so I may as well have it how I want it. Plus it is about the only thing that gives me any pleasure these days. I dont have anyone like the Lovely Christina to look forward to buying things for so I may as buy things for myself.
I will be back Saturday weather permitting. I just could not believe Emily actually thinks she can keep up with me in stair climbing. I told her to pick a date and Ill take off that day to show her as long as it is not July 18 because that is my fathers birthday. I am the same person who on opening day of 2001 climbed 5,002 stairs in one day on the first day the park open and they closed the park early that day. As the season goes on I get better conditioned. I mean after today so far this year I have climbed 24,260 this year and I have only been at the park a mere 14 days which is a 1,732 stair per day average and I spend 2-3 hours a day at the park. I can easily climb 1,000 stairs an hour if no lines are on slides. It seems we will be on the storm for this old fashion stair down. It will be an event to see I am sure I will be very surprised if Emily can keep up with me but I will admit that
Emily missed Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop Tuesday which was not so good since I didnt give one out so the bag was not open so I brought her one today. On my way I saw Misty and Sasha who wanted to know when the summer hours started. If I can be at the park 6 days a week that is the best I can do. I arrive around 4 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. When the park opens on Saturday and Sunday and around 6 p.m. on Tuesdays. I do have to work once in awhile but that is ok especially when I can be at Indianas Premiere Waterpark Deep River Waterpark of course 6 days a week. Emily was a big winner because she got the Indian shooting the star on the wrapper so she got an additional tootsie pop. Then I stopped in health services and indeed Misty and Sasha were there. Grant was busily working away and that was good to see. I didnt miss health services. I have been in there because of injury 2x once with terrible pain in my foot from falling on a bridge at the park at least they have new stuff on it so that isnt likely to happen again. My sister the nurse warns me I am getting older and when your younger you can get right up from those falls as you get older not everything snaps back into place.
The other time my sister insisted that I get a band aid for my pinky because she damaged it playing air hockey when there was an arcade I am sure I would have been fine but 3 people attended to me for that. Now I just carry my own band aides with me. I left the park at 5:50 the temperature was 86 degrees. I spend the next two days away and then I might be back for 6 days in a row we will just have to wait and see. You should not wait to get out to Deep River Waterpark you should go asap. It is open daily from 10 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Ill see you there.
