Two Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop Tubin Tuesdays Together? It wasn’t to be today for your host the one and only Mark T. That is ok because before I was on my way to Indiana’s Premiere Waterpark Deep River Waterpark of course (which is located just 4 miles East of I-65 on US 30 in beautiful Lake County Indiana) I managed to steal a smile from the cute red head and that made me feel good. However, “the Dawn of a whole new era” is still sputtering to get started. It was 5:36 p.m. and 88 degrees when I arrived. After 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays only you can get into the park for a mere $7.00 and you can stay until 9:30 p.m.

Megan was at the front gate but flounder the fish was nowhere to be found. Megan was leaving at 6:00 p.m. and she believed the fish was over at guest services so I went over there and Lindsey had a picture of Sally’s shattered head from last year not there but she was concerned about mascots. I did see flounder the fish and it was up on a ledge and no one was able to get it down. We need to take better care of flounder the fish

I began the day at the dragon. I went on the steep slide, the curve slide and then the steep slide once again. Very quickly the stair count went up to 282. Next I went right over to the storm and have established a very nice pattern so I just follow that until I get tired. I started at the vortex and wend on my way. I was troubled because I could not remember this lifeguard’s name. I could tell you that she worked in guest services last year. She was at the top of the storm and went to the bottom of the cyclone. Her navel was pierced and that is a good thing but try as I may try as I might I could not figure it out tonight. I can even remember her first day

In all I went on the storm 17x in a row and that made the stair count 1,370. At the end I just switched to the cyclone which is my favorite storm slide. Ashley was up there and you got to appreciate a guard that will come all the way from the abyss to the cyclone where I was all alone and push me down. That is why she has the lead in receiving Mark T’s highly sought after Female lifeguard of the year award. I took a break and Kara was at the Dippin Dots cart located near Guest services. You can get Dippin dots for $3.00 a new flavor cookies and cream is in so you should give that a try. Earlier in the day she was at a strange cart with caramel apples. I heard that one sold. Although I have to say when I entered the park today I saw the signage at the Chill cart and they are $2.50. There are flavors which are listed and get this I saw 2 items sold right then and one was not lemon. To be honest until the signs went up I hadn’t seen a chill sold all year.

Christy was new at Guest services but it was not her first day I am quite certain that she said Andrew who is in food and beverage is hot. I can take a cue as to what to do then. Kara still likes Bobby but I still have not encountered him that I know of at least. I went back to the slide rides simply riding the cyclone 5x in a row. I learned that Ashley was not snacking on birdseed as I suspected but cheerios. She still managed to push people down the abyss and the cyclone. At least finally there was a line well it didn’t even go down the first flight of stairs but I was able to get a little rest. The stair count went up to 1,690 for the day.

As I was exiting the park I saw Kara was looking alive selling the Dippin Dots and then on my way out by the chill cart which was not open were Ryan who is not working in taco this week and Chris once he said his name I did remember him from last year he goes everywhere because he is that good. I knew Andrew because he had been pointed out to me as being hot by Christy so I let him know what she said because I am always willing to help hook people up. It isn’t nice to point so I ended up with an entourage and over to guest services we went and Kara was on her way with some pizza and she heard all that Christy had said earlier. Now Christy said he was cute we all heard it. Then she asked for a Pepsi fine quality Pepsi products including code red are available at the many fine food and beverage stands located throughout the park. What many people now have seen that you can not get is a yardtree. As soon as they come in I am calling on you to help me Mark T sell them out. Andrew went to get the Pepsi isn’t that sweet. I told the guys to let me know how it goes. Hopefully well.

I left the park at 7:48 p.m. I was told the party was just getting started. It was just a tad to late for me as on the way home I stopped at a grocery store and the seeing Jessica K made my day as she is the cashier I hold dear. I got to see her turn off her light on register 8. It was great but there would be no talking today. If only I had arrived like 10 minutes sooner I am sure I would have simply asked her out and then I’d bet there would be something to talk about. Timing is everything but hopefully timing will be good with Andrew and Christy. It was 87 degrees. The stair count for the year rose 23,180 for the year. I return tomorrow around 4 for day # 5 in a row then I’ll spend 2 days away but that’s ok because you need to get out to Deep River Waterpark and see the new shirts, signs and create your own storyline. It is suppose to be hot so cool down at Indiana’s Premiere Waterpark Deep River Waterpark I’ll see you there.
