The crowd on hand was once again disappointing as there wasn�t a line to be found. Today Lyndsey and Kara were there they got to the park at 10:00 a.m. on there day off. The park does open at 10 a.m. and it sure is a great day when you can stay from open 10:00 a.m. until close at 6:00 p.m. I heard that Bobby who Kara likes but does not want to talk to was in the park today. He had a khaki backpack was wearing reflective sunglasses and was on a yellow card. This morning he was at the storm and with most cards you do go around and at one point in the day you will end up right back where you started. I went to the storm but those were all female lifeguards to I am pretty sure none of them were Bobby. I learned that one operating the abyss was Kim and Cassie thought I didn�t remember her from last year how about that?
I went on the storm a total of 13x in a row. The stair count went up to 832 rather quickly. Next, I went over to the dragon and on the way down the stairs the Oh so beautiful Allison who everyone thought would be one and done. It is the first time I have seen her all year. It was very brief. Up the stairs I went and rode the steep slide and then the curved slide and just like that I had won the 1,000 stair game with 1,020 stairs climbed.
On my way from the Dragon I saw Johneigh who managed to sneak away from the caf� to get some ice cream. He is back again this year after leaving to do some piercing last year. He had an entourage with him but them I did not all know. Apparently, business was slow at the caf� today. Over at taco it was so great to see that Emily who is now a college chick had finally come back to Deep River Waterpark. She is going to Ball State to study elementary education. If there is one thing America needs its more lawyers and then perhaps teachers. Crystal is a new employee there this year and she has actually seen a yardtree which we all know every single one of you want to buy. Apparently the one yardtree that exists was in Jim�s office but no one could sell it to me. One would think that the purpose of putting something on the board advertised for sale would be so that people would buy it. No one wants to sell this yardtree one gets the impression it is under lock and key and just to valuable to let go. I mean sure to me it probably will be a great piece of Deep River Waterpark Memorabilia
There was a rush in Taco when Brittany came it lucky the 3 people there were able to handle her order of course James had to come and make sure everything was running smoothly since there was such a rush. The consensus was that James is the cutest guy in Food and Beverage not only was this stated by the female members but Ryan as well. I have no opinion on this although don�t a lot of you just come on here to look for pictures with James in them you can admit it. Apparently James and Amanda have finally hooked up and they had to go off together one day they might have a whole lot of kids perhaps six or seven.
I went to my favorite ride whitewater run I rode it 5x and then I was done. The stair count went up to 1,240 and 16,340 for the year. At the entrance to the park who could it be but Laura who now is in auditing which makes it very difficult for the 2001 Food and Beverage Girl of the year to make it in the story line but she did today. One day she is going to manage something which is why she is working in auditing we have not figured out what. Now she told me that she would go to her boss and find me a yardtree. Most likely I return to the park on Saturday because tomorrow�s weather doesn�t look very hot. The more people I have tracking down the yardtree the better chance we will get Deep River Waterpark to sell them. I am sure there is a lot of pent of demand for them. Of course there are plenty of other things you could buy when giving Deep River Waterpark a try.
I left the park at 5:47 p.m. The temperature was 67 degrees. I did not see Flounder the Fish today so I hope Megan hasn�t lost him already. Remember Deep River Waterpark is open from 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. Summer is short so take advantage of these rare opportunities to visit Indiana�s Premiere Waterpark Deep River Waterpark.
