On the storm I went starting at the vortex and going on down the line after 5x on the abyss I was remiss because I was at a stair count I never like to be 666 so I had to go on another slide ride quickly. I went on two more slides to make the count 734. Then I went over to my favorite ride in the whole wide park Whitewater Run. Cori was the attendant today but it was not her first day. She had some orange sandals in order to win Mark T’s coveted Best Sandal of the year award. I have the exact same pair of orange speedo sandals and if weather allows which is not looking good I will show up wearing them tomorrow night.
Orange is a good color I don’t know if it is the best. So Cori wanted to know where my sister was and about that I do not have a clue. She knew where her brother was because he is called brother and he works there at the park. He is going to be 18 so someone is taking him to a strip club where Cori will not be dancing. She doesn’t think her brother should be seeing that sort of stuff and she wants to tie him up but it is good for him to see that. Cori says that she does not know any of the strippers. Cori has a new boyfriend and they are going to get married very soon. That is great. I wish such fortune came to me but after the Lovely Christina I have lost all hope. I am just a sad lonely guy waiting to die. At least during the summer I manage to have some fun.
Cori told me that someone would come along but I doubt that I mean I am a terrible person. What other person do you know that would go out of his way to arrange a work schedule just so he could be at the waterpark and who has been know just to say goodbye if a company didn’t agree. Plus I am aware of my own mortality so anytime it is time for me to die so be it. Plus I am attached to the home I own and worked very hard to get the title to my car. I like to have things. Add to that my pure evil streak and one must conclude I am not all that great of guy. Well Cory told me she liked big guys and then said that if she was in my age group that she would like me. So did I just get told that I was as old as dirt and that I am a big guy?
Lauren came along and she is not going to be stripping either. I told her I had been adequate because that is how I feel. I did ride whitewater 2x and there wasn’t a single person in line where are you people? I need to be able to get some rest in between rides. The stair count went up to 882 and then I had to go around the river to rest. I saw that Katie was back again this year. I guess as the weekdays come I might see people I haven’t seen all year. Mike was in the river but he is not working tomorrow. I will be at Tubin Tuesday which is only $7.00 after 6:00 p.m. and lasts until 9:30 p.m. if the weather permits. The forecasts I am watching show 100% chance of thunderstorms so it is not looking good. However at least I will only have to wait one more day to return to Deep River Waterpark and that is the day that everyone is waiting for the Highly anticipated, much awaited, return of Emily who might have a yardtree by then.
After the river I went to the storm and rode the cyclone and then the abyss which made the stair count 1010 and that was all that I had in me today. It made the stair count for the year 13,890. It made me wonder why is Alf doing those 1010 220 commercials. I do remember when I was younger watching Alf on Monday nights but I haven’t seen him for years and now he just pops up like nothing ever happened and everyone knows Alf. Am I missing something here?
I left the park at 5:08 p.m. and the temperature had dropped to 87 degrees. Deep River Waterpark is now open from 10 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and starting tomorrow on Tuesdays until 9:30 p.m. Come on out before summer passes you by. I’ll see you there.
