I am sure alot of people are taking advantage of the long weekend to enjoy Indiana's premiere Waterpark which has probably worn alot of workers out today there was not the same buzz of friendliness over the air that there usually is but maybe that is just me. They always say if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all so that ends the report for today. Hold on I can find something nice to say good work to the maintenance crew I saw them out in full force today keeping the park clean. I saw Kara but she was not working today she told me to talk to Bobby if I saw him so that i could let him know how much she likes him. I told her that her friend could do some talking since they could cover the whole park. I did not see Bobby today though but I can go off the cuff. You never know what i am going to say.
I went on each storm slide 3x at the begining of the day I think the gal at the abyss was named Kim that is what I remember she was not on vacation though she just hadn't seen me in awhile and since I am at the park quite a bit I find that odd. I went on the vortex, abyss, and the cyclone and repeated that 2 more times making the stair count 576. I went over to the storm and since the line was shorter to the steep slide that is where I went 6x in a row. Kristen was there she had her hair in braided pigtails and everyone knows how I love that. With that I won my 1,000 stair game and the count went up to 1,140. At the storm cage I saw Ashley with some yellow tubes they don't go there but I had to shake my head at her hair lots of guys fall for Ashley I am not among them but that is ok because she can reel in plenty. She had these highlights put in her hair and I just got to say WOW that is some really good looking hair. She might just claim the ever so coveted best hair in the park award that I give out. Next to the lifeguard and food and beverage persons of the year it is the highest award one can get.
Next, I went on my favorite ride of them all whitewater run. I had fun but it took quite awhile to get to the top but since I had already climbed 1,000 stairs I had plenty of time. I then took a ride in the river once around it was slow moving because it was pretty packed. I then went to the storm and went on the abyss 2x there was chaos at the cage today so when that happens I like to get away. It was time for "Mark Walks around the Park" It was a rather dull walk today. I did stop in Pizza around noon and finally Kim was right a rush did come and I am so happy that you guys did that. She says people like to take the pizzas home at the end of the day so I will suggest that after your day of play stop at Captain Fun's Pizza at the front of the park and get a whole pizza to go they will put it in a box for you and everything.
Also saw a nice rescue over at the wave pool and from one guard run from one side to the other it was pretty good to watch of course you won't see me in the wavepool but that is just me you should enjoy it all you want. The only way you will see me there is if Emily manages to defeat me in stair climbing and I don't see that happening. I got hot during the walk and decided to wait in line to go on my favorite ride once more. There were some Junior Lifeguards in the park today Jason tells me like 9 of them. He had one earlier as whitewater attendant.
In the line I waited and waited and when I got to the top it was ever so worth the wait because there was the oh so beautiful Allison. I don't know how things could get any better than that. I just can't stop looking at her in awe because she is so beautiful. Today she had some bruised up legs from being trampled on at the 4th of July Celebration in downtown Chicago and I am afraid I am in danger of falling for Allison even after her fall. I have often admitted I am a hair and leg guy and even with her legs bruised up I thought she was just so beautiful and that is not like me. Well hopefully I be able to resist that awe inspiring beauty because as we all know the way the story goes for Mark T I never ever get the girl so what is the point of falling for someone.
I couldn't have scripted a better ending than riding my favorite ride in the park with the Oh so beautiful Allison pushing me down and sying bye so that had to be my last ride and it was because then if I died soon after at least I would be a happy guy. The stair count was at 1,356. It makes 39,292 for the season. I left the park at 12:47 p.m. the temperature was 84 degrees. I return tomorrow and you can too because the park opens at 10 a.m. I'll see you there.
