What a Marvelous Monday July 15, 2002

It’s not very often that anyone can leave your host the one and only Mark T speechless but today Wow what a great day for yours truly. I don’t know how it could get any better than this. I arrived at Deep River Waterpark at 3:51 p.m. The temperature was 89 degrees. There was quite a crowd on hand. It could be my first defeat of the season as it was going to be tough to climb 1,000 stairs today.

I began at the storm where it seem all the contenders for the 2002 lifeguard of the year minus Kate would congregate. At the cage it was the odds on favorite to win Ashley and what a way to begin. I went on the abyss because that was the quickest moving line and at the bottom and in the water was the oh so beautiful Allison. You know there is now a ban on this site for someone that was involved in the Mark T storyline for many of year. We shall never ever mention her name again but I will say if you figure out who I am talking about The oh so beautiful Allison is at least 10x prettier than her. It certainly was living as I just continued up and down the abyss how could life get any better than this?

I couldn’t imagine it could until up to run the abyss and turn it into the express lane came “The Totally Terrific Tina” and then up to run the cylclone came the “Oh So beautiful Allison” it was quite a site to see and I in my life have probably never been more happy. I never wanted to go down it was to good looking at the top. Tina somehow managed to get soaking wet. I told you she is the most fun guard to splash. I rode the abyss 12x in a row and then switched to the cyclone which I rode twice in a row. When Allison asked me how I was I said absolutely fabulous because I can think of no better day for me Mark T and it is not Allison’s last day and that is a good thing. I saw her go down the cyclone and she was all wet so see she could go in the water even with her beautiful hair. Speaking of beautiful hair even the girl who wears the pigtails in her hair showed up at the cage after Ashley. I didn’t get her name though. Once Allison and Tina left I was glad I did not have a cardiac arrest because it was just so great.

My last ride was the abyss and I told Nicole I was absolutely fabulous. The stair count went up to 1,024 and I wonder how could I ask for anything more. They say every dog has its day and all dogs go to heaven. Some people have different versions of heaven but for me the one and only Mark T that is how it should be just the lines could be a little shorter but hey when you get to see the Oh so beautiful Allison how can you complain even if you have to wait all day. The stair count for the year goes to 47,940. I left the park at 5:37 p.m. the temperature was still 89 degrees

I return tomorrow probably around 6 and after 6 you can get in for a mere $7.00 as it is Tubin Tuesday # 6 of 10 come earlier and it is like you get 3.5 hours for free as the park stays open until 9:30 p.m. I doubt anything could today but we can see anyway. On Wednesday July 17 it will be back to back nights at Deep River Waterpark for you host Mark T and the camera should soon be with me. Coming very soon on July 20 or will I start early on Friday July 19 Mark T’s second Annual “Say Good bye to July” when I come to Indiana’s Premiere Waterpark 12 count them 12 days in a row (weather permitting) some people have the 12 days of Christmas its Christmas for me and all I want is Allison to let me take her picture, and Tina to ride the slide with me. Come on out and have a splashtastic time. I’ll see you there.
