• Maintenance Electricals /Electronics/ Mechanical spares.

• Keeping the statutory records up to date like Inward Register, G.R. R. Daily stock- Out items register, F.O.D.C. Register, Rejection Register.

• Cross checking of materials received against purchase orders.

• Inspection of materials from the concerned senior Authorities within 24 hours and when materials received to store.

• Issuing the materials against S. M. R.
