A computer virus is a software program with the ability to reproduce code itself. It may or may not damage data or other program. However, more often than not a virus can prove devastation to the system several other types of harmful program exists such as WORMS and TROJAN HORSE that often referred to as ‘VIRUSES’. But a program is not a virus unless it has the Ability to replicate itself.
This project mainly concerned with detection of viruses which will be created by the programmer. First this program will search each and every drives of the system (if the virus known) it detects and eliminates it automatically. It is mainly useful for developing the anti virus software.
