This project deals with the design and development of a mail delivery system which can be used internal to the company the product was servlets, JDBC, and Java 1.2 package for the file storage and retrieval. The client and validations are done using Java Script and HTML forms. The application includes address book to store the mailing addresses.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project deals with the software which maintains the service information, registration, delivery and billing of servicing dealer. The software uses VB as front end and Oracle 8.0 as database. The customer details are registered for service and processed for part replacement and service details. At the time of vehicle delivery the customer is provided with the billing details as added by the software at the time of service. The process replaces the traditional job card with the software output forms. The software is also used to maintain a record of the service and it can be extensible for service and parts forecasting.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project deals with the software which maintains the customer address and sales information. This software provides billing the item selected and other invoice details. The billing output is made in the printout form along with the goods at the time of delivery to customer. The application using clipper 5.01 the client forms are designed using the same and data storage is also done. This project is implemented in the sales department.
