The Recliner assy mechanism is used for forward and backward tilting

front seat (Vertical portion).
Details of the project:

and arrive at the very best and most worst result.

design modification of CONTROL MANIFOLD (HMT)

Design description:
The control manifold is a block having number of channels through which
the fluid passes and actuates the motion of other.

Project 3 ¨ Design of Steering
column components for TATA SAFARI MODEL to
function auto signal switch off for IFB-AUTOLIV, Bangalore.
Design description:
The parts such as Turn-off bush, Adopter plate and bottom cover plate
are
steering components designed to suit its mating parts which are conbiswitch
and clockspring.
Details of the project:

Project 4 ¨ CAD data conversion
between PRO-E and CATIA for EATON,

Design description:
The components are basically sheet metal, fibre or plastic parts which

small and repetitive in nature. They can be used for holding bunch of
electric wires or connecting two parts.

APPLICOMP (VIDEOCON GROUP) using catia software.

modeling and design modification of FUEL PIPING
COMPONENTS of LCA (Light Combat Aircraft), for AERONAUTICAL
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, Bangalore using catia software.
Project 9 ¨ Successfully completed
3 D modeling of LCA (Light Combat Aircraft)
components using CATIA software. The job involved modeling of Jigs
which were used to support the aircraft components and finally assembling
it.

The job involved solid/surface modeling of NMG (Numerical Master Geometry)
based components like wing and fuselage components of LCA such as frames,
bulkheads, langerons, LRU’S, brackets, CFC components etc. suing CATIA.

Involved in checking of components done by juniors and sub-contractors
like TCS and Kelton Graphics.

from June 95 to Dec 96 as production and Quality control Engineer. The
