Robotics in Material Handling System

This is a cost effective, reliable easy handling project in process industries, constructing sites & laboratories.

The material passed in the conveyer is sensed by the infrared rays sensor fixed in the gripper. According to the sensor output the gripper can take the material and put the material wherever we want. The timer is used to provide the control signal for the process. Bilateral switches are used to select the exact output. The output is given to the encoder and then decoder to avoid signal interference. The final signal is given to DC motor to operate robot (gripper) through relays. The material has been successfully moved from one place to another place.
