Working as production engineer with M/s National Standard Duncan Limited,
at Doddaballapur, Bangalore.
National Standard Duncan Limited is one of the leading manufacturer
& Marketing of tyre bead wire, tyre building drums, tyre moulds, tyre
bead making machinery, wire drawing machines, speciality wires and tyre
beads with units located at Thane, Doddaballapur, Hoskote & Baddi.
Tyre bead wire mainly exported to Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Thailand, Sri Lanka,
Morocco and locally to MRF, Appolo, Ceat & JK Tyres.
KEY RESULT AREAS:

Incharge of Complete Production activities, which include process planning,
scheduling and control of production.

Responsible for controlling all parameters of process at each stage by
maintaining process check records and check lists.

Involved in Departmental Training Programmes to Employees and making them
to have quality awareness on Departmentwise work and process.

Ensuring continuous running of machines by timely interaction with Maintenance
Departments.

Co-Ordinating with quality control department to achieve manufacturing

RCPL is an Alloy Steel Foundry manufacturing alloy steel castings of pumps,
valve assemblies and other general engineering components.
KEY RESULT AREAS:

Incharge of Plant-shouldering responsibilities of production and QC’ maintenance,
vendor development, Dispatches and Administration.

Responsible for timely completion and dispatches of customer orders in
toto.

Interaction with head office for requirement of raw material/ consumables
by way of "JIT" method, involved in procurement of speciality moulding
consumables.

Responsible for charge calculation for various heats of different alloys
according to the customer/ASTM specification. Attending customer complaints
at their end in person and providing proper solutions. Taking corrective
actions and feed back.

Preventive maintenance of DG sets and HT installations, preventive and
break down maintenance of utilities, compressors and other plant machines.

Planning and co-ordinating of all maintenance work with other departments.
Liaison with Government bodies like KEB, Factory inspector., PCB etc. for
statutory licenses and clearances.
