Job Responsibility:

Providing technical support and solution for customers on behalf of the company. It includes PC maintenance, PC assembling, network installations and solutions, servicing computer peripherals, handling Mail Servers including all kind of Internet configuration and troubleshooting and also handling software problems.

Reporting: To the Area Manager (Bangalore south)

Have completed successfully vocational training in 1995 for one and half months in Alloy Steel Plant(I.S.O. 9002) under S.A.I.L. in Durgapur.

Worked in STAR VISON CABLE NETWORK(S.S.I. unit) from June 1995 to May 1996 as a part time technician in Durgapur.

Worked as a marketing executive in MICROHARD SERVICES (P) LTD from June 1996 to June 1998.

Worked as a Customer Support Engineer(Service Division) in ASHWATHY COMPUTERS, Bangalore-42 from November1998 to January1999.
