Terms & Conditions

* The articles being hand made variation in size, weight, workmanship etc. is expected.
* Under foreign exchange regulation inforce in India, no free trade samples will be supplied.
* Open trial sample orders will be supplied from ready stocks, items not in ready stocks shall be substituted.
* Prices are subject to change.
* Minimum quantum of order placed should be economical for both of us in shipping & in every aspect hence every shipment should be atleast minimum US$500.00
* Order once placed can't be cancelled by indentor / importer in any case.
* Supplies are subject to supplier's acceptance in part or full.
* In case of devaluation of currency of order placed, our prices will go up by same ratio, which buyer / importer has to accept and pay.

* DELIVERY: According to quantity and nature of order, minimum three months ex - works.

* PAYMENT: (A) Irrevocable & confirmed Letter of credit ( in english language only ) for full invoice value in our favour valid for four months from date of issue subject to revalidation, if needed, with simple terms allowing part & transhipment(s) payable at ICICI Bank, Nagpur

(B) Full advance by bank draft in our name.

(C) D/P sight draft with documents attached for full invoice value collected through first class international bank to be paid 100% on first presentation only
