| About Impressebo Created in 1993 by Littece Wilber, Impressebo provides soft sculpture classes, tutorials & art pieces. Art is a vital part of our lives or should be. Art is the realm in which hopes, dreams, & the escape from the rat race takes place. If you've ever wondered what to do when life seems to get out of control, one method of releasing stress & disappointment in our environment is to work with one's hands. This is especially valuable for those who are under 18 or over 40. In a world where the only sure things seem to be stress, discouragement & pain {& taxes- lol}, working with our hands & both the creative & analytical sides of our brain can & does provide relief from these maladies that plague us. Trust the process as you take fabric, needles & thread, & create something as structured or impressionistic as you like. Impressebo provides online tutorials that you may access & work on at your own pace, instructional CD's & DVD's for home learning, or classes at your home, or location for groups, when commissioned. Many people have & are finding this release in the form of knitting & crochet circles, which is wonderful. However, for those of you who wish to add a new vista of panoramic view to your life's journey, soft sculpture, with either wire armatures or not, may be the answer to what we like to call "art stagnation".
