Installing Springs/Shocks 96-up Civic
Remove      front tires, place front of vehicle on jack stands
Remove      pinch bolt on shock/ fork assembly
Remove      lower Fork bolt/nut
Remove      upper mount bolts
Remove      shock/spring assembly from car
Using a      spring compressor relieve spring tension from upper mount assembly
Using      a Allen wrench, and open end (14mm) wrench remove upper strut nut
Disassemble      mount assembly noting the order of it?s components
If      installing new shocks, transfer mount assembly, and springs to new shock
Bump      stops should be cut in half
If      installing new springs, decompress old springs and compress new
Reinstall      upper mount assembly, be sure components are in exact order as stock
Reinstall      upper strut nut
Loosely      install upper mount bolts and reattach shock to fork
Install      pinch bolt
Install      Lower fork bolt
Install      upper mount bolts
Torque      all bolts to speck
The rear is essentially the same as the front except:
Remove      Lower Control Arm to Rear Trailing Arm bolt (14mm)
Remove      Shock to Lower Control arm bolt (14mm)
Remove      upper mount bolts, and remove assembly from vehicle
