This rocker was removed due to dents from 33 years of use. There was no rust. While it was off I wire wheeled the inner rocker and sealed the bare metal. |

I still need to weld the outer rocker in solid. As you can see it is tacked and sockets are drilled. This and the smoothy tailgate are the only non GM sheetmetal on the truck.

As you can see from these pictures alot of disassembly and re assembly went into this restoration. This was all done at a local body shop by professionals. This is not a weekend project with a 12 pack and a case of Krylon. |

The doors were gutted primered and then sprayed the Viper Red the vent window assemblies were restored all moving parts restored and lubed new weatherstripping, inner and outer felts, Division bar channels, and window channels were all replaced. |
