To all valued residents, these are the problems for most apartments caused by poor management, non-payment of management fees and low spirit of unity among residents, which will affect Impian Heights one day if not properly managed. So while our homes are still new, why not act to reduce the impact before its too late. How ? Just pool our heads together through membership participation in PPPI.

Your suggestions, participation and support are vital to ensure the success of :-

• strengthening the man power base of committee members which will act on behalf of residents;
• protecting the welfare and interest of residents;
• full support of residents when negotiating with the property manager;
• ensuring apartment well managed;
• sharing and advising action to be taken on apartment matters;

So, we welcome you to join PPPI to promote the spirit of the association to protect the residents' interest and to create a harmonious neighbourhood.
