So, as for Episode 5 not getting posted... as tiny little typo was found in the opening recap. I thought, "Oh. Well, I should have internet on Saturday. I'll just fix the typo and upload it myself." For many various and humorous reasons, I did not in fact get an internet connection on Saturday. Corrections to Episode 5 have been made, however (in fact, corrections to episodes 1-5 have been made - replacement downloads forthcoming), and I am giving the new data file to Sumeria today.



Episode 6 has also been completed. The summary and the download will hopefully be up soon. It depends how much time I can devote in my lunch break to typing.



Since I had some extra time Sunday after finishing that episode, I did go back through Episodes 1-5 to re-examine my troublespots... and oh boy, were there some corrections to make. This website is actually starting to see some traffic, so I'll replace the currently available episodes with the corrected versions as soon as possible. The earlier ones were actually better than I had expected, despite not being accurate in some places (Seimei's speech patterns being really the worst). In the more recent episodes, naturally, I did not find nearly as many errors.



Also coming soon: my review of the commerical DVD (Boy am I glad I finished episode 05 before I actually managed to get the DVD. I had only expected it to go through episode 04), and possibly the last two episodes of Code Geass. I promised Sumeria that if she couldn't find translations, I'd give her my next week for those. Seeing as I managed to finish Episode 06 faster than I had hoped when I made my schedule at Episode 04. We'll see. The subber she was following for that apparently decided to drop the series when the license was announced.
